Wembley Stadium
A key new development of Wembley Stadiums regeneration a new u-shaped changing room which provides a more effective environment for communication between players and coaches and in line with UEFA and FIFA guidelines for venues hosting major tournament finals, both of the main dressing rooms are identical in specification.
Design Perks were engaged to provide suspended acoustic profile fittings, throughout the circulation space as well as downlights throughout along with colour changing LED’s in the players pods.

Scottish Water
The Scottish Water Offices in Edinburgh have undergone a complete fit out updating the office spaces and hardware including services.
Design Perks worked with Climar Lighting to design, produce and supply custom LED luminaires to fit into the existing Chilled Beams as well as standard solutions throughout the building.
GE Healthcare
The GE Healthcare offices in Amersham have recently been refurbished to the highest standards.
With new layouts, open spaces and think tank areas the staff are now experiencing a new way of working. Mechanical and Electrical services were upgraded as part of this refurbishment and Design Perks provided a full turn key solution including design and supply.
One Canada Square
One of the most iconic structures dominating London’s skyline, One Canada Square is 774 ft. above ground level – making it the second tallest building in the U.K.
The Office Group have created a visually striking, versatile workspace over three floors, which incorporates stand-out amenities, fully-equipped meeting rooms, a gym and a Maple & Co. café.

This state of the art construction academy based in Southall is the UK’s first purpose-built college for building skills. Design Perks provided the entire lighting package.

Primark HQ
Reading
Primark’s 126,000 sq ft UK HQ in Reading has had an extensive phased refurbishment and retail store conversion which now provides a flexible office for 580+ people.
The design features a bold architectural intervention in the heart of the building carving out a 175,000 cubic ft atrium through four storeys, uniting the building and bringing natural light to Primark House.
A vibrant yellow staircase connects the upper floors and radiates throughout, with a suspended walkway crossing the atrium and glazed scenic lifts further enhancing connectivity.
Designed with wellbeing in mind, MoreySmith has created a collaborative work environment with auditoria, creative studios, a business lounge for suppliers and partners, gyms, wellness areas and a cafe.
This high-quality refurbishment was driven by Primark’s desire to create an outstanding office which facilitates health and happiness to attract and retain talent.

Living Rooms

A major financial institution to deliver a flexible workplace concept for its London headquarters. The result is a vibrant office space that applies co-working principles to create a new kind of corporate workspace.
The design facilitates different ways of working based on individual needs and preferences, with flexible technology allowing staff to choose where and how to work every day.
The 2,600 square metre space is designed for employees who can work flexibly without needing fixed personal desks. This allows a workspace with 400 desks to host up to 800 people.
Design Perks were engaged to provide the majority of the Technical and Architectural Lighting supplied by Climar Lighting.

Project Millennium
Bishopsgate, London
A major bank in the City of London has transformed its former trading floor into a new conference centre. The refurbishment has created space for a 320-seat auditorium and event catering facilities.
The striking auditorium has sliding movable walls so it can be divided into three spaces, each with the capacity to hold 100 people. It is supported by the latest AV technology, including three 24-panel digital screens that form a panoramic video wall for presentations. Stackable seating enables the space to be adapted for a wide range of internal and external events.
A new public entrance leads into a generous reception and foyer. This space has a contemporary feel, with geometric white wall panelling contrasted with exposed services and linear light fittings.
Design Perks were engaged to provide the majority of the Technical and Architectural Lighting supplied by Climar Lighting.

Thanet House
Strand, London
Thanet House is situated in a prominent London location, on the south side of the Strand. The building forms a seven-storey office and retail property with a striking façade dating back to its construction at the beginning of the 20th century.
The offices were fully refurbished providing modern accommodation in the lower ground, ground and five upper floors.
Meeting rooms are also available to hire.
There is an attractive roof terrace to the fifth floor offering views towards the city and South Bank. The offices have excellent levels of natural light as well as artificial light provided by Design Perks.
